CANVA CERTIFICATE IMPORT CHECKLIST For bulk sending from a Canva design Checked against the Verifycate Canva import, October 2026. BEFORE YOU IMPORT [ ] The recipient name is not part of the artwork. Leave a blank area and add {{name}} as an Attribute in Verifycate. [ ] The event name, date, award, or cohort are editable fields if they change between recipients. Do not bake them into the image. [ ] A clear square of at least 2.5 cm (1 inch) at print size is reserved for the QR code, usually bottom-right. [ ] Sponsor logos and decorative marks are outside the name and QR areas. [ ] The certificate is one page. The import brings in the first page of the design; a second page needs its own design. [ ] A 40-character name still fits the space you left. [ ] The page size and orientation are what you intended (A4 or Letter, landscape or portrait). [ ] You have the right to use the artwork and any third-party elements in it. AFTER YOU IMPORT [ ] The artwork appears as the background, with the name and QR above it. [ ] Preview with one long name and one short name. [ ] Scan the QR from the preview and confirm it opens the recipient page. [ ] Import a small test list and send one certificate to yourself. [ ] Check the email subject, the link, and the correction path. BEFORE THE FULL SEND [ ] Duplicate rows removed. [ ] Malformed email addresses fixed. [ ] Every recipient has a name as it should appear on the certificate. [ ] The publish confirmation matches the list size and credit cost. [ ] A correction deadline is written in the email. AFTER THE SEND [ ] Bounced addresses corrected and re-sent. [ ] Correction Form enabled and monitored. [ ] Issue Request Form shared for people missing from the list. [ ] Final recipient list exported and kept with the event record.
