POST-EVENT CERTIFICATE ISSUING CHECKLIST BEFORE IMPORTING RECIPIENTS [ ] Confirm the organiser-approved eligibility list from your attendance, course, award, or volunteer records. [ ] Use one spreadsheet row per recipient. [ ] Check recipient names and email addresses. [ ] Review duplicate rows and inconsistent values for award, team, session, cohort, or role. [ ] Keep a copy of the original attendance or recipient export. BEFORE PUBLISHING IN VERIFYCATE [ ] Create the certificate and choose its Template. [ ] Add certificate Attributes for the details that vary by recipient. [ ] Import the CSV or Excel recipient list and map each column to recipient name, email, or the matching certificate Attribute. [ ] Review the imported recipient list and check any skipped duplicate entries. [ ] Preview the Template with recipient data from each recipient group. [ ] Check the certificate wording, issuer details, QR code, and public certificate page. [ ] Confirm that the workspace has enough credits; importing does not use credits, while each certificate issued uses one credit. AFTER PUBLISHING [ ] Tell recipients which email to look for and how to open, download, or share their certificate. [ ] Review email delivery statuses and follow up on incorrect addresses. [ ] Share the Issue Request Form with missing recipients; choose Review Before Issuing if eligibility needs to be checked. [ ] Tell recipients how to request a correction through the Correction Form. [ ] Save the final list and note any steps to improve for the next event. Verifycate does not determine attendance, completion, award results, or volunteer eligibility. The organiser supplies and checks the recipient list.
