Request link

Pro

Share a link. Recipients request their certificate.

Don't chase a spreadsheet after the workshop. Anyone with the link can submit their details and ask for their certificate.

  • Share one link — no spreadsheet to collect names
  • Auto-issue every request, or approve each one
  • Auto-issue only names already on your list
  • Extra fields for university, team name, or anything you need
Animated sketch: the recipient asks, then the issuer view opens so you can approve. The certificate appears only after that.

Corrections

Pro

Let recipients correct a misspelled name.

A typo should not become a support thread. Recipients submit the correction from their certificate page, and you approve the update from one inbox.

  • Recipients submit fixes from their certificate page
  • Approve updates from one inbox — no new PDF
  • The public page updates after you approve
  • Corrections do not spend credits
Animated sketch: the recipient sends a name fix, waits, then the issuer approves. The certificate updates only after approval.

Pro

Collect feedback before you issue.

Hold the certificate until the recipient submits yours — a review, a rating, or any field you need. Recipients complete it because the credential is waiting on the other side.

  • Import the list and require the form before issue
  • Ask for a review, a rating, or any field you need
  • Recipients stay pending until they submit
  • You approve, then they get the certificate

Design, send, and verify — without a second tool.

  • Verify any certificate instantly

Every certificate has a QR code and a public page. Open the link, or scan the code, to confirm it is genuine.

  • Open Badge 3.0 credentials

Each issued certificate is an Open Badge 3.0 credential — a standard others can verify, not a screenshot of a PDF.

  • Set an expiration date

Add an expiry date when you issue. After that day, the public page shows the certificate as expired. Leave it blank and it does not expire.

  • Add credentials to LinkedIn

Recipients add their certificate to LinkedIn Licenses & certifications in one click, from the email or the public page.

  • Brand the recipient experience

Your colours on the portal and emails. Host on a custom domain, and remove the Verifycate logo when you're ready.

  • Put sponsors on the page

Place sponsor logos on the certificate. Each sponsor also gets a named slot on the public page — logo, link, and caption.

  • Download as PNG or PDF

Recipients can download a PNG or a print-ready PDF. The QR on the file still points back to the public verification page.

  • Write the email yourself

You write the subject and body. Your logo and colours stay on the message you send.

Benefits

The practical benefits of certificate automation.

Sample: a certificate is issued, the email goes out, the signature is verified, and the recipient adds it to LinkedIn.

Who it's for

Built for organisers and trainers.

  • Campus fests

When the last event wraps, winners, participants, and volunteers still need a certificate.

    • Winners, participation, and volunteers from one template
    • A QR code and public page they can post — not a file in the group
    • Name corrections without sending a new PDF
  • Courses and training

A cohort finishes, and everyone expects a credential they can actually show.

    • Import the cohort and issue everyone at once
    • Set an expiry when the credential should lapse
    • Recipients add it to LinkedIn themselves
  • Workshops and webinars

You ran the session. You don't have a clean spreadsheet of who showed up.

    • Share a request link instead of a sheet
    • Approve each name, or auto-issue the list
    • Send as soon as the session ends
  • Hackathons and competitions

Winners want proof. Participants want something they can share. Both need to be checkable.

    • Winner and participant certificates from one send
    • Anyone can scan the QR and check the signature
    • A downloaded file still points back here
  • Conferences

Speakers, attendees, volunteers, and sponsors all need to show they were there.

    • Speakers, attendees, and volunteers from one template
    • Sponsor logos on the certificate and the page
    • QR codes and public pages that stay up after the event
  • Staff training

Internal credentials go stale, and a misspelled name shouldn't mean a new file.

    • Expiry dates on internal credentials
    • Recipients submit a misspelled name themselves
    • You approve — the page updates, no reissue

Testimonials

What organisers say.

From CTFs, college fests, and campus events across India.

  • We issued 2,000+ certificates for InCTF — winners, participants, the lot. Sponsor logos went straight on the design.

    Aravind BLAmrita InCTF
  • Certificates were easy to distribute and share from Verifycate for bi0s CTF. Recipients got a link — not another PDF in the group chat.

Adithya Suresh KumarTeam Lead, Team bi0s
  • Sixty-plus events for Vidyut 2025 — over 5,000 students — certificates out in under a day. When a name was wrong, corrections were easy.

    Sarath RSCore Coordinator, Vidyut
  • We shared certificates for 2,000+ Biocrest participants on Verifycate. It handled the volume without the usual end-of-event scramble.

API and MCP

Issue from your app, or from chat.

Both cover everything you can do in the dashboard. Both use your credits, and both require Pro.

API

Call Verifycate from your own product. Issue certificates, look up who already has one, and send a mapped list without opening the dashboard.

Animated sketch: a POST request is sent to the Verifycate API with a JSON body, then a 201 confirmation response returns.

MCP

Connect Claude, Cursor, and other assistants to that same API. Ask them to issue certificates or look up who already has one, from chat.

FAQ

Common questions

Is this just a PDF generator?

No. Each certificate has a QR code and a public page anyone can open. It also has Open Badge 3.0 and an Add to LinkedIn button. A downloaded PDF still points back to that page.

What is a credit?

One credit issues one certificate — the first send, or a reissue. Importing a list does not spend credits. Corrections do not spend credits. Unused credits stay with you.

What is Pro?

A plan for the workspace, not per person. It unlocks request links, correction forms, holding a certificate until a form is submitted, API, MCP, sponsors, custom domain, and removing the Verifycate logo. Monthly Pro includes 100 credits, three months includes 300, and a year includes 1,200. You can still send on Basics without Pro.

Can recipients request their own certificate?

Yes. Share a link. Recipients submit a form. You can auto-issue everyone, auto-issue only names already on your list, or approve each request.

Can I collect feedback before they get the certificate?

Yes. Import the list and require the form. Recipients stay pending until they submit — a review, a rating, whatever you ask. Feedback forms get ignored on their own; recipients complete yours because the certificate is waiting on the other side.

What happens if a name is wrong?

Recipients open a correction form and submit the fix. The certificate updates. You're not hunting files in WhatsApp or emailing a new PDF.

Can certificates expire?

Yes, if you set a date when you issue. After that day, the public page shows the certificate as expired. Leave the date empty and it does not expire.

What if I stop paying or delete the workspace?

Issued pages keep the original design, issuer name, and verification. We don't take those links down when a fest ends, or if you stop paying.

Send the certificates tonight.
