For event organisers
Send webinar and workshop certificates, even when the attendee list is incomplete
Issue attendance or completion certificates for webinars and workshops. Upload the attendee list you have, or collect missing recipient details through the Issue Request Form (the glossary term is Certificate Request Form).
The session is over, but the attendee list may still be messy. Some people joined with a different name, someone missed the sign-up form, and the team is waiting for certificates. Verifycate lets you issue the list you have in a batch and share the Issue Request Form (called the Certificate Request Form in the glossary) with people you missed.
Upload the attendee CSV or spreadsheet when you have it. If you need participants to provide their own details, share the Issue Request Form link (the glossary term is Certificate Request Form). Applicants confirm their email with a one-time code before submitting. Choose Issue Automatically or Review Before Issuing in the form configuration; reviewed submissions appear in Issue Requests. Verifycate does not currently connect directly to webinar attendance systems, so use an export or an API/Zapier workflow that fits your process.
What you can do
Take care of more than the certificate design
01
Issue the list you already have
Import a CSV or Excel attendee export, map the name and email fields, and send a personalised certificate to each recipient.
02
Collect details from people you missed
Share the public Issue Request Form link so attendees can confirm their email and submit their details.
03
Give each recipient verifiable proof
Recipients get a certificate page with a QR code, signature verification, and PNG or PDF downloads.
