For event organisers
Manage conference certificates for attendees, speakers, and volunteers
Prepare and issue conference certificates by recipient group. Add event branding, sponsor details, QR verification, and public certificate pages.
A conference may need certificates for attendees, speakers, panellists, volunteers, and organisers. Each group needs the right wording and details, and the certificates still need to go out after the closing session. Verifycate helps you organise recipient data, prepare branded templates, and issue certificates in batches.
Create a certificate for each recipient group that needs different wording, attach its Template, and import the matching spreadsheet. Map fields such as session, role, or participation type to recipient Attributes. Add event and sponsor branding to the certificate; Pro workspaces can also add sponsor slots to public certificate pages. Verifycate supports certificate issuance and verification, not event registration or onsite attendance tracking.
What you can do
Take care of more than the certificate design
01
Issue by recipient group
Prepare distinct wording for attendees, speakers, volunteers, and organisers. Create a certificate and Template for each group that needs different details.
02
Keep the event brand on the credential
Use your event design, add sponsor logos, and provide recipients with a branded public page and shareable certificate link.
03
Make verification straightforward
A QR code takes viewers to the public page, where they can inspect the certificate details and check the signature.
The workflow
A simple closeout process
- 01
Group recipients

- 02
Design for each role

Read the guideCommon questions
- Can I issue different certificates to speakers and attendees?
- Yes. Create a certificate and Template for each group that needs different wording, then import and publish its recipient list.
- Can I include sponsors?
- You can place sponsor logos on certificate designs. Pro workspaces can also add sponsor slots with a logo, link, and caption on public pages.
- Does Verifycate track conference check-in or session attendance?
- No. Verifycate manages certificate creation, issuance, recipient workflows, and verification. Import attendance data from the system you use for check-in.
- Can I correct certificates after the conference?
- Recipients can submit a request through the Correction Form (the glossary term is Certificate Correction Form) and confirm their email with a one-time code. Choose Apply Automatically or Review Before Applying. An applied change creates a new version while keeping the certificate ID and public page.
