Event workflow

Let event certificate recipients request name corrections

Let recipients submit changes through the Correction Form on their certificate page. Choose automatic application or review each request in Correction Requests.

After a large event, a misspelled name can turn into a long support thread: find the original record, rebuild the file, and send it again. The glossary term is Certificate Correction Form; Verifycate labels the public form Correction Form and its inbox Correction Requests. Recipients confirm their email with a one-time code, then submit changes to the fields you allow. Choose Apply Automatically or Review Before Applying.

In the glossary: Certificate Correction Form.

How it works

Correction Form

  1. 01

Recipient verifies and requests a change

The recipient opens the Correction Form from their certificate page, confirms their email with a one-time code, and requests a change to an allowed field.

  2. 02

    Choose how to apply it

Apply Automatically updates the certificate right away. Review Before Applying sends the request to Correction Requests, where you can approve, reject, or reopen it.

  3. 03

    The credential is updated

An applied correction creates a new version of the same certificate. Its ID and public page stay the same, the change cannot be reverted, and it does not use another credit.
