Issue completion certificates for training programmes and bootcamps
Prepare and issue certificates for bootcamps, cohort-based courses, and workplace training. Organise learner details, course information, and completion recognition in a batch.
A programme may finish with several cohorts, instructors, and kinds of recognition. The recipient spreadsheet is often assembled from course records, and certificate details need to match each learner and programme. Verifycate helps organisers turn a prepared list into individual certificates that recipients can open, download, and share.
Create a certificate and Template for the recognition you want to issue. Add details such as course, cohort, completion date, or instructor as certificate Attributes, then import the learner list from CSV or Excel and map its columns. Review the recipient records and certificate preview before publishing. Your team supplies the completion and eligibility decisions; Verifycate does not track course attendance or determine who completed a programme.
What you can do
Take care of more than the certificate design
01
Keep cohort details with each recipient
Use certificate Attributes for course, cohort, instructor, or completion date, so the Template can show the right information for each learner.
02
Issue a prepared learner list in a batch
Import a CSV or Excel file, map its columns to recipient details and certificate Attributes, review the records, then publish to issue and email the certificates.
03
Give learners a certificate they can share
Each issued certificate has a public page and QR code, and recipients can download a PNG or PDF or share the certificate to LinkedIn.
The workflow
A simple closeout process
- 01
Decide what the certificate recognises
Confirm whether it recognises attendance, participation, or programme completion. Use the completion records maintained by your training or learning system to decide who qualifies.
- 02
Prepare learner and cohort details
Create a recipient list with names, email addresses, and course or cohort details that belong on the certificate.
- 03
Create and review the Template
Add the programme name and relevant Attributes to the design. Preview it with recipient data to check names and cohort details.
- 04
Import, review, and publish
Upload the prepared list, map its columns, review the recipient records, and publish when the batch is ready to issue.

Read the guideCommon questions
- Does Verifycate track course attendance or completion?
- No. Prepare the eligible recipient list using your course or learning records, then import it into Verifycate to issue certificates.
- Can I issue a different certificate for each cohort?
- Yes. Create separate certificates and Templates when the wording or design differs. If the same design works across cohorts, add cohort details as certificate Attributes and map them during import.
- What if a learner is missing from the list?
- You can share the Issue Request Form. Choose Review Before Issuing if your team needs to verify the learner’s course completion before issuing their certificate.
- Can a learner request a name correction?
- Yes. Recipients can use the Correction Form on their certificate page. Choose Apply Automatically or Review Before Applying.
