See every certificate and its status in one place

The certificates list now shows each certificate's status, recipient counts, design, and last activity, so a multi-event workspace can see what needs work.

By Ashwin Shenoy · Founder and engineer

A workspace with several events needs a view that answers "which certificate needs me?" without opening each one.

The certificates list now shows the state of each certificate.

What the list shows

The certificate name, its status, the number of recipients, the design it uses, and the last activity. A draft that was never published is visible next to a live certificate. A completed event can be archived from the same view.

Open Certificates in the workspace sidebar. Use the certificate name to open the detail view, or the status and counts to decide which one to work on first.

Where it helps

A team running a fest with 60 events can see which certificates are still drafts, which have recipients waiting, and which are finished. A training provider can compare cohorts. A university department can find the programme that has not been published yet.

The overview is a map, not the full analytics. For delivery, engagement, and the recipient funnel, open the certificate's Analytics tab.
