A few answers that do not need a back-and-forth.
- How quickly will I hear back?
- Most messages get a reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, IST. If a live event is within 48 hours, say so in the message and include the certificate ID.
- A name is wrong on a certificate. Can you fix it?
- The recipient can use the Correction Form from their certificate page. The page updates at the same link, and a correction does not spend a credit. If they cannot access it, send us the certificate ID and we will tell you what to do next.
- Do you sponsor student events?
- Yes. Selected college fests, hackathons, and community chapters get 25,000 certificate issues and Pro for the event. Apply through the sponsorship form — one application covers the whole event.
- How do I report a security issue?
- Email [email protected]. The responsible disclosure page explains what to include and what is in scope. Please do not send vulnerability details through this form.
- Can I migrate my recipient list?
- Yes. Import a CSV or Excel file, or paste your list. If you want help mapping columns, send us the columns you have and we will tell you what fits.
