Compare certificate performance
Inspect per-certificate analytics and lifecycle details when the workspace overview is too broad to show which event or design is underperforming.
A workspace with ten certificates has an average. The average hides the one event with a delivery problem, the one design nobody opens, and the one cohort that engaged far more than the rest.
Per-certificate analytics makes the comparison possible.
What you can inspect
The certificate's own funnel and engagement, its delivery health, the activity in its Issue Requests, Unlock Responses, and Correction Requests, and the lifecycle details behind the summary. Move between certificates to compare the same metric across events.
Open a certificate and choose Analytics. The workspace dashboard remains the roll-up; the certificate view is the detail.
A useful comparison
Compare delivered-to-viewed across two events with different audiences. Compare a participation certificate with a winner certificate. Compare a design change before and after reissuing. Compare a cohort that received a reminder with one that did not.
A caution
Small samples are noisy. A 20-person workshop can show a 5% open rate because one person's mail client blocked the image, not because the email failed. Use the comparison to ask a better question, not to declare a winner from a handful of opens.
