Search, filter, and act on the recipient list

Find a recipient by name, email, or certificate, filter by status or design version, and issue, remind, reissue, expire, or remove in bulk.

By Ashwin Shenoy · Founder and engineer

A recipient list is not a static export. It is a queue: some people are waiting to be issued, some have been emailed, some have opened the certificate, and some have bounced.

The recipient list is built around that queue.

Finding one person

Search by name, email, or certificate details instead of scrolling. Filter by status to see who is waiting, issued, delivered, viewed, or engaged. Filter by design version when a certificate has been updated and only some recipients hold the old version.

Acting on a group

Select multiple recipients and issue, send the Unlock Form again, reissue onto the latest design, extend an expiry, or remove records in a batch. Each action has a confirmation that states the outcome and, where relevant, the credit cost.

Open Recipients from the workspace sidebar, or the Recipients tab inside a certificate. The workspace list is useful when you are looking across events; the certificate tab is useful when you are closing one out.

Where it helps

After a fest, the list is the closeout tool: find the people who never received the email, reissue the design with the corrected sponsor logo, clean up duplicate registrations, and export the final attendance record.

The list reflects what happened. It does not change eligibility or decide who should receive a certificate; those decisions stay with the event team.
