ImprovedAnalyticsNo. 054

A clearer view of the recipient journey

The analytics dashboard now shows KPI cards, a recipient funnel, engagement, and delivery health in one view, with date ranges and cleaner exports.

By Ashwin Shenoy · Founder and engineer

Certificate analytics used to be a set of counts. The useful question is where recipients stop: enrolled but not issued, issued but not delivered, delivered but never opened.

The analytics view has been rebuilt around that journey.

The funnel

KPI cards show issued, delivered, viewed, and engaged counts without adding them up from a table. The recipient funnel follows the drop-off from enrolled to issued, delivered, viewed, and engaged. Switch between 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and all time, then export the underlying numbers when a report needs to live elsewhere.

What to do with it

A single "delivered" number hides the difference between an email that never arrived and one that arrived but was never opened. The funnel shows which problem you actually have, so the next action is a resend, a follow-up, or a different subject line. Not guesswork.
