See whether certificate email actually arrived
Delivery health separates accepted, delivered, bounced, suppressed, and failed sends, so a missing certificate has a visible cause.

"Not received" is not a diagnosis. The email may have been accepted by the provider, delivered to the inbox, bounced, suppressed, or rejected outright.
Delivery health now shows the difference.
| State | What it means | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Accepted | The provider took the message but has not reported delivery. | Wait, then check the provider's log. |
| Delivered | The receiving server accepted the message. | Look at opens and page views next. |
| Bounced | The address was rejected. | Fix the address, then resend. |
| Suppressed | The provider blocked the send by policy. | Review the sending configuration. |
| Failed | The send did not complete. | Check the provider and the credentials. |
The view keeps the certificate and send attached to the state, so a bounce points at a person rather than a workspace-wide count. Delivery events come from the sending provider. If a provider does not report an event, Verifycate cannot invent one.
