One list of what needs attention

The dashboard now collects delivery problems, pending Issue Requests, Unlock Responses, Correction Requests, and drafts that need attention in one place.

By Ashwin Shenoy · Founder and engineer

Running certificates is mostly a set of small queues: a request waiting for review, a bounce that needs a new address, an unlock response waiting for release, a correction waiting for approval, a draft that was never published.

The Attention Center puts those queues on the dashboard.

What it surfaces

Delivery problems. Pending Issue Requests. Correction Requests awaiting review. Unlock Responses awaiting review. Certificate drafts that need attention. Each item links to the place where the action happens; the Attention Center is a route into the work, not a second inbox.

Open the workspace Dashboard and look for Needs Attention. The count is there so a daily check starts with the exceptions rather than a tour of every certificate.

How it changes a closeout

After an event, the team usually opens each certificate in turn to see what is left. The Attention Center gives one list across certificates: the requests that arrived late, the corrections that need a decision, the delivery failures that need an address, the drafts that were never published.

The limit

It surfaces work; it does not decide it. Approving a request, releasing a response, or applying a correction still happens in the relevant inbox, with the same confirmation and credit rules.
