Group, duplicate, and arrange certificate elements

Select related elements as a group, duplicate repeated items, and reorder layers without losing the layout you built.

By Ashwin Shenoy · Founder and engineer

A certificate design is rarely one text block. It is a title, a name, a subtitle, a signature, a sponsor strip, and a QR code, each with its own position.

The editor now handles those elements as a group. Select several, then move, align, or style them together. Duplicate an element instead of rebuilding it for a second signatory. Reorder layers so overlaps resolve predictably. If there are unsaved changes, the editor warns before you leave the page.

Repeated certificates share a structure. Keeping related elements together makes that structure easier to preserve when the event name gets longer, a logo moves, or a new signature is added.
