Make the recipient portal match your brand
Set the portal logo, colours, avatar, and cover image so the recipient experience looks like your organisation, not a third-party tool.
The recipient experience is part of the programme. If the certificate page looks like a generic tool, the institution's name is attached to someone else's interface.
The recipient portal can carry your brand.
What you can set
Upload a logo, choose the portal colours, add an avatar and a cover image, and use those settings across the recipient-facing pages. The certificate design is separate; the portal branding is the shell around it.
Open Settings, then Branded Portal. The same area controls the logo, colours, avatar, and cover image.
What it changes
A university department can make the page feel like the institution rather than a certificate vendor. A training provider can carry its programme brand through the email, the portal, and the certificate page. An event can use the same colours as the fest artwork.
On Pro, a custom domain can replace the Verifycate subdomain with an address you control, and Verifycate branding can be removed from the recipient-facing portal. Branding works without a custom domain; the domain removes the last visible trace of the platform.
The boundary
Portal branding does not change the certificate design. If the certificate itself needs the institution mark, add it in the design editor. The portal settings control the experience around the certificate, not the certificate artwork.
