Download a certificate or share it to LinkedIn
Recipients can save a PNG or PDF, copy the public link, or add the achievement to LinkedIn from the certificate page.
A certificate is useful in two different places: a file someone can print or attach, and a link someone can share. The recipient should not have to choose between them.
The public certificate page supports both.
The actions
Download. Save the certificate as a PNG for a quick image or a PDF for printing and records. The download is generated from the same design and recipient data as the page.
Copy the link. Share the public page with an employer, a programme, or a colleague. The link opens the canonical record, not a file attachment.
Add to LinkedIn. Add the achievement to a LinkedIn profile, with the certificate details attached.
These actions live on the public certificate page. The recipient portal links back to the same page, so the recipient does not need to find the original email again.
Where it matters
A student can print a certificate for a wall and share the link in a job application. A volunteer can attach the PDF to a programme record and post the achievement on LinkedIn. A conference attendee can send the link to an employer who wants to check it rather than open an attachment.
The limit
A downloaded file is a copy. If the certificate is corrected later, the public page updates but the old file does not. Share the link when the current record matters; use the file when a static copy is enough.
