Track design versions and reissue only who needs it
Publishing a design creates a version. See which recipients still have an older version, then reissue the ones who need the update.
Changing a design after certificates are issued creates a quiet question: who is still holding the old one?
Design versions make that question visible.
Publishing creates a version
Each published change to a certificate design creates a version instead of silently replacing the last one. In the recipients list, filter by design version to find people who received an earlier one.
Reissue the people who need it
Select the recipients who need the new version and reissue them, rather than sending a new certificate to everyone. The confirmation shows the credit count before it runs; a reissue spends one credit per certificate.
A sponsor logo changes, a signatory is corrected, or a typo is fixed after the first send. Reissuing the whole list wastes credits and creates duplicate emails. Version tracking narrows the update to the people affected.
Corrections are different. An approved correction updates the same certificate and does not spend a credit.
