Keep logos, signatures, and backgrounds in one library

Upload recurring assets once, then reuse them across certificate designs from a workspace library and the asset studio.

By Ashwin Shenoy · Founder and engineer

Every certificate design needs the same handful of assets: the institution logo, the programme mark, a signature, a sponsor strip, a background. Uploading them again for each design is slow and produces slightly different versions.

The workspace asset library keeps them in one place.

What lives in the library

Logos and marks, signature images, background artwork, and other reusable design elements. The asset studio lets you upload, inspect, and organise them. Search and tags make a growing library navigable when several programmes share a workspace.

Where to find it

Open a certificate design, go to the elements panel, and choose the library. The asset studio is the workspace-level view for managing what is available.

Why it matters

A university department can keep the official mark and the dean's signature in one place and use them across every programme. A training provider can keep the brand kit consistent across cohorts. An event team can reuse a sponsor strip without asking the designer for the file again.

The library is workspace-scoped. Replacing an asset affects future designs that use it; it does not retroactively change certificates that were already issued. If a published design needs the new asset, update the design and reissue the recipients who need it.
