The portal is where recipients come back to their certificates. It should be readable at a glance, not a list of links.
The profile page and certificate cards have been refreshed. Recipients can review and update their own details, and each certificate appears as a card with its award details, status, and the actions that matter: open, download, share. The portal links back to the public page and keeps those actions in one place.
Recipients usually arrive with one question: where is my certificate, and how do I share it? A clear card answers both without a support message.
