See what analytics will look like before you send

New workspaces and certificates show a sample analytics preview, so you can understand the funnel and metrics before there is real activity to measure.

By Ashwin Shenoy · Founder and engineer

A new certificate has no analytics. The dashboard is empty, and the first question is usually "what will this show me once people receive it?"

New workspaces and certificates show a sample preview.

What the preview shows

The same shape as real analytics: the recipient funnel from enrolled to issued, delivered, viewed, and engaged, plus the engagement and delivery cards. The values are illustrative, not a claim about your event. They exist to explain what the dashboard will measure and to help a team decide which numbers matter.

Open the certificate's Analytics tab or the workspace dashboard. The sample is replaced as real activity arrives.

Why it helps

A programme team can agree on what "delivered" and "engaged" mean before the first send. A new organiser can see where follow-up usually happens. A demo or training session has something to point at instead of an empty chart.

Treat the sample as a map, not a result. Real delivery, open, and view numbers come from your recipients and your sending provider.
