See who is waiting, issued, delivered, or engaged
The recipient list now groups people by status, so you can find the waiting, bounced, unopened, or already-engaged records without scrolling.
A recipient list with 800 rows looks the same whether everything worked or half the emails bounced. The useful question is not "who is on the list?" but "who still needs something from us?"
Recipients now have status buckets.
What the buckets mean
A recipient moves through a sequence: added to the certificate, waiting for publish, issued, email accepted, delivered, certificate viewed, and engaged. A record can also be expired, removed, or blocked by a delivery problem. The list groups those states and shows the count in each bucket.
Open a certificate and go to Recipients, or use Recipients in the workspace sidebar for a cross-certificate view. Filter by a bucket to work on one kind of problem at a time.
What you can do with it
Find everyone still waiting to be issued after a publish. Find the delivered-but-never-opened group and decide whether a reminder is worth sending. Find the bounced records before the support messages arrive. Find the people who already downloaded or shared the certificate and leave them alone.
The boundary
A status reflects an event, not a judgement. "Delivered" means the receiving server accepted the email, not that the person read it. "Engaged" depends on the actions Verifycate can observe. Use the bucket to choose the next action, not as a claim about the recipient's attention.
