Send the Unlock Form again in bulk
Select a group of recipients and send the Unlock Form again in one action, while skipping anyone who has already submitted.
When 200 recipients are waiting on a form, the reminder problem is the same as the original send problem: one by one does not scale.
The Unlock Form reminder is now a bulk action.
The flow
Open the certificate's Recipients tab, filter to the waiting group, select the people who need a nudge, and choose Send Unlock Form Again. Verifycate sends each selected recipient a fresh private link and leaves anyone who already submitted out of the action.
The recipient list keeps the status visible: invited, opened, submitted, released, or changes requested. That makes the next decision obvious: remind again, release without a response, or review the responses that have arrived.
Where it helps
A training provider has a cohort that finished the course but did not fill in the feedback form. A conference wants testimonials before releasing speaker certificates. A volunteer programme needs a short confirmation from each volunteer before the certificate goes out.
The limit
Bulk remind is a delivery action, not a release action. It does not spend credits and does not issue certificates. Credits are spent when the certificates are released, either automatically on submission or manually from the response inbox.
If the form itself is the problem, fix the form first. A shorter form with one required question usually beats a third reminder.
