Give every recipient a portal for their certificates
Recipients can open a private portal, see every certificate issued to them, download a copy, and share the public page.

A certificate email is easy to lose. The recipient needs somewhere to return when they want the file again, share it with an employer, or check what it says.
Every recipient now has a portal at the same address as their certificate pages. It lists the certificates issued to their email, newest first. From there they can open the public page, download a PNG or PDF, copy the link, or share to LinkedIn. There is no account to create; the private link is the key.
The public page remains the canonical record. The portal is how the recipient finds it again.
