Export recipient data for reporting
Download recipient records with their status, delivery state, and Attributes for attendance reports, finance checks, or a team handover.
The certificate dashboard is for running the event. A spreadsheet is still how most teams report on it: attendance, delivery, sponsor reach, or a handover to next year's organiser.
Recipient data can be exported.
What the export contains
The recipient records, including the values used on the certificate and the status information the list shows. Use the filters first if the report is about one certificate, one status, or one group. The export takes the filtered set rather than forcing you to clean a full dump afterwards.
The form inboxes also export. Issue Requests, Unlock Responses, and Correction Requests each have an export action, which is useful when the review is happening outside Verifycate or the data needs to go to a programme team.
Where it helps
A fest core team exports the final participation list for the college report. A training provider exports completion records for finance or accreditation. A conference team exports speaker and volunteer lists separately. A support volunteer exports the bounced records and works through them.
The boundary
Exporting does not spend credits and does not change any certificate. It is a read of the current data. Treat the file as personal data: it contains recipient names, emails, and certificate details. Share it deliberately, not in a public channel.
If the report needs the certificate file rather than the record, use the recipient's public page or the certificate download instead.
