Remind recipients who haven't submitted the Unlock Form
Send a reminder to recipients who have not completed the Unlock Form, with a fresh private link and the same release rules.
A feedback-gated certificate depends on the recipient doing something. The first email gets a response from some people; the rest need a nudge. Chasing them by hand is exactly the work the form was supposed to remove.
Recipients who have not submitted the Unlock Form can be reminded.
How it works
From the certificate's Unlock Form area or the Recipients list, send a reminder to the people who are still waiting. The reminder carries a fresh private link to that recipient's form. Recipients who already submitted are not included, and the release rule does not change: automatic release still releases on submission; review-before-release still waits for an approval.
When to use it
A workshop releases certificates only after feedback. A course asks for a testimonial or a project link. A programme uses the form to confirm that the learner actually completed the work. In each case, a reminder is cheaper than a manual email thread.
What to watch
Reminders are still email. Send one at a sensible interval, not every day. If the response rate is low because the form is too long, shorten the form instead of sending another reminder. If the deadline is close and the responses are not essential, Release the waiting certificates without turning the form off.
The cost
A reminder does not issue a certificate and does not spend a credit. The credit is spent when the certificate is actually released.
