Test a certificate email before the send
Send a test of the certificate email to yourself to check the wording, sender, and links before an event goes live.

Email mistakes are expensive at event scale. A broken link or a wrong sender address is easier to find with one test than with 500 recipients.
From the email editor, send the current message to your own address. The test uses your saved sender name, address, and reply-to settings; CC and BCC are skipped. Open the certificate link and download controls before the message goes to recipients.
A test does not issue a certificate or spend a credit. It is there to catch the obvious problems while there is still time to fix them.
