The API, MCP, webhooks and integrations are now free
Every workspace can now create API keys, call the REST API, use MCP, send webhooks, and connect Zapier or an LMS without a Pro plan.
The API, MCP server, webhooks, Zapier and LMS integrations are now included on every Verifycate plan — free workspaces included.
This has been one of our most requested changes. A team can now connect its own systems from the first day, with no upgrade step before the first API call.
What you can do now
- Build with the REST API. Create scoped API keys and create certificates, import recipients, issue, and read certificate data from your own application.
- Use MCP in chat. Connect Claude, Cursor, or another MCP client to the same workspace and run supported certificate tasks from the assistant.
- Send events anywhere. Add up to 50 webhook endpoints, send signed test deliveries, and watch the delivery log.
- Connect your stack. Use Zapier, Canvas LTI 1.3, or the WordPress LMS plugin on any workspace.
All of it uses the same workspace, permissions and credits as the dashboard.
What stays the same
Issuing a certificate still uses one credit. New workspaces still start with 300 free credits, and credits never expire.
Pro remains the plan for the forms and branding features: Issue Request Form, Unlock Form, Correction Form, sponsor slots, custom domain, custom email senders, removing the Verifycate logo, SSO/SCIM, blockchain anchoring, and audit logs.
