One credential, several pages

Add transcript, syllabus, or supporting pages to a certificate. Pages keep their own layout and order, and download as one assembled PDF from the same link.

By Ashwin Shenoy · Founder and engineer

A course certificate often has to carry information that does not belong on the certificate itself: module grades, hours, assessment results, a syllabus, a second language, or a completion letter. The usual workaround is a second email with a PDF attached, or a manual merge that nobody can verify.

A credential can now hold them together.

What a page can be

Add Page in the design workspace creates an additional page. Each page has its own canvas, Attributes, published version, label, and position. A page can be A4 or Letter, landscape or portrait, so a transcript can sit beside a landscape certificate without being squeezed onto it.

Duplicate a page for a bilingual version or a recurring layout. Reorder pages by dragging or with the move controls. Archived pages stay on credentials that already used them. A credential can hold up to ten designs in total, including badges.

The public page shows every page and badge in a thumbnail rail, with previous and next controls. The download control assembles the page designs into one PDF in their stored order. A recipient can also download a single page, a chosen set of pages, page PNGs, or the whole ZIP. Badge marks are not added to the PDF.

Anyone verifying the credential checks all of it at once — no second link to lose and no separate file to authenticate.

What is fixed, and what is not

Issuing freezes the page versions and their order on that recipient's credential. Editing a page later changes new issues; to update an existing recipient, reissue. A correction keeps the same credential ID and public page. A design change is a reissue, and it spends a credit.

Pages are public in this release. Private pages that open only after a recipient verifies their email are not included.

A multi-page credential is one achievement with several pages. It is not a Comprehensive Learner Record, and it is not a bundle of several recipients' certificates.

For a course or cohort, add the transcript or course-detail page, map the Attributes you already import, and send the record once.
