Forms and data integration

Import recipients from Airtable

Connect an Airtable personal access token, pick a base and table, then map its fields to recipient name, email and certificate Attributes. Save the mapping to run the same pull again.

Pull a recipient list straight out of Airtable instead of exporting a CSV first.

Import

Point at a table, map the fields, import

The Add Recipients flow asks for a connection, a source and a mapping — the same three steps as every other data source.

  1. 01

    Connect Airtable

Paste a personal access token with read access to the bases you want. Verifycate validates it before saving and stores it encrypted.

  2. 02

Pick a base, table or view

Browse your bases, then choose the table or view that holds the recipients. Views respect their filters, which is the simplest way to import only the rows you are ready to issue.

  3. 03

    Map and import

Match Airtable fields to name, email and your certificate Attributes. Verifycate validates the mapped rows before anything is added, and the mapping can be saved as a repeatable import.

What gets read

Airtable field IDs, not column positions, drive the mapping. Renaming a field keeps the mapping intact, and a removed field shows up as a mapping that needs attention rather than silently shifting values into the wrong Attribute.

Common questions

Does Verifycate write back to Airtable?
No. The connection is read-only: Verifycate lists your bases and tables and reads the rows you choose. Nothing is created, updated or deleted in Airtable.
Which rows are imported?
Every row in the table or view you pick, up to 5,000 rows per import. Use a filtered view when you only want the rows that are ready to receive a certificate.
Can I import from more than one Airtable base?
Yes. You can connect several credentials for the same provider, so an operations base and a programmes base can live side by side and each keep its own saved mapping.
