Import

From tickets to ready-to-issue recipients

Built for conferences, workshops and meetups that sell or manage tickets through Eventbrite.

  1. 01

    Create a private token

In Eventbrite's API keys page, create a private token for your account. Verifycate validates it before saving the connection.

  2. 02

    Choose the event

Verifycate lists the events your account can read, with the start date beside each name.

  3. 03

    Map attendees and import

Map name, email, ticket, status, check-in and custom answers. Validate the addresses, then add the rows to the certificate.

Registration and attendance in one row

Attendee rows carry the ticket class, order and check-in state alongside the profile. Map the check-in column when attendance is required, or leave it out when a ticket is enough.

Common questions

Does Verifycate create or change attendees?
No. The connection reads your events and their attendee lists. Nothing is created, updated or refunded in Eventbrite.
Which attendees are imported?
Every attendee on the event, up to 5,000 rows per import. The Status and Checked in columns let you map or filter for the people who attended.
Are custom registration questions included?
