Forms and data integration

Import recipients from Tally

Connect a Tally API key, choose a form, and map its questions to recipient name, email and certificate Attributes. Question IDs keep the mapping stable when you edit the form.

Import

From form responses to ready-to-issue recipients

Built for workshops, cohorts and community programmes where the sign-up form is the source of truth.

  1. 01

    Connect Tally

Create an API key in Tally's settings and paste it in. Verifycate confirms the account before the connection is saved.

  2. 02

    Choose a form

Your forms are listed with their submission counts. Pick the one that collected the recipients.

  3. 03

    Map questions and import

Questions map by ID to name, email and Attributes. Review the mapped rows, validate the addresses, then add them to the certificate.

Stable mappings

Question IDs survive form edits. A renamed question keeps its mapping and shows the new label, so a copy tweak in Tally never silently moves data into the wrong certificate Attribute.

Common questions

Does Verifycate create or change form submissions?
No. The connection reads forms and their submissions only. Editing responses happens in Tally.
What happens if I edit a question after mapping it?
Mappings use Tally's question IDs, not positions. Renaming a question keeps its mapping and shows the new label; deleting it marks that column as missing so you can remap before importing.
How many submissions can I import at once?
Up to 5,000 submissions per import. For larger sets, filter the form responses you need or import in batches.
