Forms and data integration
Import recipients from Typeform
Connect a Typeform personal access token, choose a form, and map its fields and hidden fields to recipient name, email and certificate Attributes.
Import
Answers become recipient Attributes
Typeform fields map by field ID, so duplicate question labels or later copy edits do not break the mapping.
- 01
Connect Typeform
Generate a personal access token with response read access, choose the regional API host, and paste the token.
- 02
Choose a form
Forms are listed with their field definitions. Hidden fields are included as separate columns.
- 03
Map fields and import
Map field IDs to name, email and Attributes, then review and validate the rows before adding them to the certificate.
Regional hosts
Typeform runs separate response data centers. Connecting to the wrong host for an EU account returns no responses instead of an error, so Verifycate asks which host to use and remembers it on the connection.
Common questions
- My account stores responses in the EU. Does that work?
- Yes. Pick the regional API host when you connect: api.typeform.com for the US, api.eu.typeform.com for the EU data center, or api.typeform.eu for the newer EU region. Reading responses from the wrong host returns an empty result rather than an error, so the host is a per-connection setting.
- Can I import Typeform hidden fields?
- Yes. Hidden fields arrive as their own columns alongside the answered questions, which makes them a good place to carry cohort, campus or tracking values into an Attribute.
- Which submissions are pulled?
- Completed responses only, newest first, up to 5,000 per import. Partial responses are not treated as recipients.
