Import recipients from Youform

   Connect Youform

   Create an API token in Youform's account settings and paste it in. Verifycate confirms the account before the connection is saved.

   Choose a form

   Your forms are listed by name. Pick the one that collected the recipients.

   Map questions and import

   Questions map by ID to name, email and Attributes. Review the mapped rows, validate the addresses, then add them to the certificate.

Stable mappings

Block IDs survive form edits. A renamed question keeps its mapping and shows the new label, so a copy tweak in Youform never silently moves data into the wrong certificate Attribute.

Contact and address blocks are split into their subfields, which gives you a combined full name for the recipient name and keeps email, phone and address parts available for Attributes.

Common questions

Does Verifycate create or change form submissions?

No. The connection reads forms and their complete submissions only. Editing responses happens in Youform.

How does a Youform contact block map to a recipient?

A contact block becomes separate columns for full name, first name, last name, email and the other subfields the form asks. Map the combined full name column to the recipient name and the email column to the recipient email; the remaining subfields are available as certificate Attributes.

What happens if I edit a question after mapping it?

Mappings use Youform's block IDs, not positions. Renaming a question keeps its mapping and shows the new label; deleting it marks that column as missing so you can remap before importing.

Which submissions are pulled?

Completed submissions only, newest first, up to 5,000 per import. Partial responses and deleted submissions are skipped.
